Refund Policy

When you create a customer Site ID or when the billing first occurs (which ever is first), you have up to 30 days to get a full refund.  After 30 days, there is a no refund policy.  

Conditions

The alertTech application cannot be responsible or financially responsible for:

• Any notifications or events being missed.

• Any property damage due to a lack of notifications and/or event that is missed.

• Your local integrator that integrates the application to your residence.

• The application being used for what it was never intended to for.
